theplatformlog is where I write up the platform-engineering tools I'm building. That spans AI plugins for Backstage (upstream contributions and net-new plugins), authentication and multi-cluster work in Kubernetes via Headlamp, and agentgate — a control plane for governing the AI agents that act on a platform. A mix of upstream contributions and projects of my own.

Style I aim for in these posts:

• Build first, blog the journey — every code excerpt is from a really-shipped branch.
• No marketing voice. Direct, slightly opinionated, honest about rough edges.
• Linked to a public PR / branch whenever possible.
